Wastewater Recycle Treatment Plant

Wastewater Recycle Treatment Plant

A wastewater recycle treatment plant is a facility that treats wastewater, or sewage, before it is discharged into the environment or reused for various purposes. Wastewater recycle treatment plant can prevent water pollution and conserve water resources. Wastewater recycle treatment plant can use different methods to remove contaminants from wastewater, such as physical, chemical, or biological processes. Some of the common methods are membrane bioreactor, sequential batch reactor, moving bed biofilm reactor, and activated sludge process. These methods use microorganisms to degrade the organic matter and nutrients in the wastewater and produce treated water and sludge.

Wastewater Treatment Methods by Genesis Water Solution

Genesis Water Solution is a company that provides various wastewater treatment methods for industrial processes that generate wastewater. GWS uses state-of-the-art water treatment processes to remove contaminants from wastewater and reuse or dispose of it safely and efficiently. Some of the wastewater treatment methods that Genesis Water Solution offers are:

  • Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) treatment system: This is a system that eliminates liquid waste from the industrial process, as the name suggests. The system recovers over 95% of liquid waste for reuse and extracts valuable by-products, such as salts and brines. The system also produces dry, solid cake for disposal. The system consists of several components, such as clarifier, reactor, filter press, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, brine concentrator, evaporator, and crystallizer.
  • Using Press Filters to Recycle Wastewater in a Conventional Way: This is a simpler and cheaper option for some applications. This process involves pre-treatment and conditioning of the wastewater stream by filtration or precipitation, phase-one concentration of the wastewater stream by membranes, such as reverse osmosis, brine concentrators, or electrodialysis, and creation of solid waste by a mechanical filter press.
  • Using Multi Effect Evaporators to Recycle Wastewater: This is a more efficient and effective option for some applications. This process involves pre-treatment and conditioning of the wastewater stream by filtration or precipitation, phase-one concentration of the wastewater stream by membranes, such as reverse osmosis, brine concentrators, or electrodialysis, and evaporation and crystallization of the wastewater stream by thermal evaporation.
